All memberships are for a minimum period of twelve (12) months.

Member may freeze membership one (1) time per year for a maximum of ninety (90) days. Months in which the membership is frozen will not count toward the twelve (12) month membership requirement.

Members can initiate a cancellation or freeze of membership below. Allow up to 72 hours for VIP Concierge confirmation. Accrued services will expire 90 days after cancellation.

Memberships will auto renew on a monthly basis after the twelve (12) month anniversary. In order to prevent auto renewal, member must cancel within thirty (30) days of the date of expiration. Cancel by filling out the Free/Cancel form linked below.

Prescriptive products are excluded from product discounts. Discount not valid on the purchase of gift certificates.
